Civil Project Manager - Relevante

Salary: $ 117,500.00

We have partnered with a Engineering and Consulting Firm to provide them with a Civil Project Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Work locations: Concord, NH or Lowell, MA

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Civil Project Manager:

#1. Must have BS Civil degree.

#2. PE or PG license preferred but not required.

#3. A minimum of 7-years of project engineer or project management experience with site-civil land development and permitting projects in accordance with applicable local and state regulations in NH, MA, and/or ME.

Requirements for the Civil Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required. A Professional Engineer (PE) license in NH, MA, or ME is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in project engineering or project management, specifically with site-civil land development and permitting projects, adhering to local and state regulations in NH, MA, or ME.
• Extensive experience in developing comprehensive design plans and preparing permit application packages for commercial, industrial, and federal projects in NH, MA, or ME is desired.
• We support and encourage our team members to engage in professional organizations and participate in community outreach activities.

Other Key Requirements:

• Hybrid role working at least 3 days a week in the office.
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
