Job Details
This exceptional team has above average tenure and they are currently in growth mode looking to add another Project Manager with heavy civil experience to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
- Develop project estimates and proposals based on scope and requirements.
- Procure necessary materials, subcontractors, and equipment for project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of construction project management experience
- Municipal/Federal/Military Water Wastewater or Heavy Civil Experience Required
- Design-Build and Progressive Design Build Experienced Preferred
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are required
