Rate Range: $17-$18/Hr
Job Description:
- Analysts will not be on phones.
- Job entails listening to calls and linking documents.
- Candidate must be able to follow the written process and procedures every single time and not deviate.
- There are hourly and daily production and quality goals to meet. Both are equally important.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently without constant oversight (WFH).
- Attention to detail and critical reasoning skills.
- They should be able to draw logical conclusions based on guidance previously provided, but also know when they should reach out to Leadership.
- Able to use 6 different applications/software simultaneously.
- Need working computer knowledge. They should know what the start menu is, how to create a folder, how to right click, how to navigate computer setting. Being able to set up the computer without issue when they get home.
- Responsive and engaged not only in training, but also when working.
- Reliable High-Speed Internet Required. No "Hotspot" connection allowed.
- Punctuality.
- No absences or tardies for the 2 weeks of training.

- Can easily adapt to changes
- Detail Orientated
