Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Examiner to join our team. The Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating life insurance claims to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves reviewing claims, gathering relevant information, and making informed decisions to determine the validity of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review life insurance claims to assess accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
• Investigate claims by gathering information from claimants, and other relevant sources.
• Analyze documentation, medical records, and other evidence to make informed decisions.
• Communicate with claimants to clarify information and provide updates on the status of their claims.
• Maintain detailed records of claims investigations and decisions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding claims processing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting claims processing.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years administrative /customer service experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
