In this role, you will spearhead efforts to recover losses from at-fault parties while honing your negotiation and arbitration expertise in the heart of Boston’s insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate Liability: Analyze automobile liability cases, pinpointing responsible parties with precision in the unique Boston market.
• Initiate Recovery Efforts: Establish contact with claimants and insurance carriers to facilitate prompt, efficient recoveries.
• Negotiation & Arbitration: Present well-reasoned theories of liability to adverse parties, negotiate settlements, and draft compelling arbitration contentions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with adverse carrier representatives, attorneys, and claimants to ensure favorable resolutions.
• Become a Thought Leader: Pursue certification to become an arbitration panelist, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in subrogation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Stay well-versed in claims handling guidelines and statutory regulations, ensuring compliance with Boston's market standards.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and industry events to stay ahead of trends and challenges in the subrogation space.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 3-5 years of relevant claims experience in Casualty, PIP, or Physical Damage.
• Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for navigating Boston's diverse and competitive market.
• Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational abilities, crucial for managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a must in Boston’s technology-driven landscape.
