Under direct supervision, provides centralized support to branches. Processes data, generates reports, and provides support to claims representatives. Other duties include, but are not limited to, filing, mail processing, document scanning, and preparation of letters and other documents.

Required: High school diploma or GED required. At least one year office work experience. Working knowledge of current business software such as Word, Excel and adobe.

Behaviors: Above average verbal and written communication skills, as well as, demonstrated competence in reading and basic mathematics. Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of branch personnel, as well as, clients, vendors and all other office visitors.
