Location: Davenport, IA (Hiring area within 50 miles)

Job Type: Local Truck Route

This route could run SOLO or TEAM based on customer needs.

• Work Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Compensation:

• Solo: $0.52 CPM + $12 per stop, Weekly minimum guaranteed: $1,200, Sign-on bonus: $8,000
• Team: $0.83 CPM + $14 per stop, Weekly minimum guaranteed: $1,400

Benefits:

• Home time varies based on route (potential for daily home time in Davenport area)
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday night)
• Mileage increase: $0.05 every 6 months until top pay
• Detention pay: $20.20 after 1 hour free of detention time

Job Description:

Join our team as a Flex Driver delivering aftermarket parts to Honda dealerships across IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, and WI. We need drivers who are flexible, reliable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Cover for drivers on sick leave or vacation
• Deliver loose package pieces like hoods, bumpers, and doors to Honda dealerships
• Unlock dealership gates/doors for night routes
• Unload trailers, scan new deliveries, pick up returns, and secure dealerships before departure
• Navigate tractor trailers in tight Chicago car lots at night
• Comfortably drive in and out of Chicago frequently
• Average 8 stops per route
• Work Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months driving experience
• Double experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 40-75 lbs
• Comfortable handling delivery roller cages and loose boxed parts
• Willing to work solo or in a team
• Physically fit for loading and unloading tasks
