Job Title: Clerk (#39191)
Job Location: 2425 Nimmo Pkwy, Bldg. 10 B, Room C161, Virginia Beach
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm/ 25 – 30 hrs. per week.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
Job Duties:
- Consistently perform responsible clerical work involving office tasks of a varied nature.
- Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
- Monitor check in systems and lobbies.
- Prepare client folders.
- Assist staff members by locating electronic and/or hard copies of records and files.
- Accept and deliver correspondence and mail.
- Maintain confidentiality of client records and information. Assist staff members as necessary.
- Operate standard office machinery and equipment.
- Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on the current workloads and department needs.
- Perform related work as required.
Requirements:
- Must pass Fingerprinting for barrier crime, and DMV check.
