Job Details:

Hourly pay rate of $ 25.5

8-hour night shift schedule&

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Maintain and organize records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Support scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.

Assist with processing and tracking documents and reports.

Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.

Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with office software and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility with standard office hours; amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
