Position: Business Onboarding Specialist

At Reno-based Inc. Authority (www.incauthority.com), we help register and consult with over 1,000 new startups each week across all fifty states. Responsibilities:

• Welcome new online buyers to Inc. Authority and assist them in improving their newly formed businesses.
• Consult on long-term business solutions, focusing on legal packages and bundles.
• Build relationships with current clients to generate opportunities for both clients and team members.
• Analyze customer feedback to develop techniques for ensuring customer retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience required; phone sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell.
• Willingness to read and convey our developed scripting.
• Openness to growth, development, and coaching.
• Team-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to achieve and exceed individual targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
