What You Need to Know Before Applying (Realistic Expectations):
- This position primarily involves phone sales, requiring frequent interaction and assistance to customers over the phone.
- Consistency and hard work are key. While we provide comprehensive training for your success, a strong work ethic is essential.
- Prior to engaging with live leads, you will undergo a thorough training program.
- This role offers an hourly rate alongside commission. On average, after completing our training program, new sales reps with little or no experience can expect to earn around $60,000 in their first year. Experienced sales reps have the potential to earn $60,000+, $100,000+, or even $200,000+ annually.

Description of Role (Inside Sales):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing clients' tax challenges effectively.
- Present the benefits of our tax relief services persuasively.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Skills and Requirements:
