Client Service Associate - Non-profit

$22-$27 per hour

The key qualifications/experience we are looking for are:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Experience working in an office setting and/or customer service environment
• Strong written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills, as this role directly interacts with clients and their caregivers.
• BA in psychology, social work or related field

OR one of the following:

• AA degree in related field and minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• High school diploma & 4 years related work experience in a mental health/non-profit agency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) system (ideally Exym or similar program)
• Microsoft Office Suite (including but not limited to Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
