Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently book and schedule client service appointments, ensuring promptness and accuracy
- Provide clear communication to both technicians and clients regarding service details
- Adjust schedules and manage any necessary changes to appointments as they arise
- Track and organize records of all service appointments, including updates and cancellations
- Collaborate with the technical team to design optimal schedules that meet client needs
- Follow up with clients post-service to verify satisfaction and handle feedback
- Prioritize and respond to incoming service requests based on urgency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any scheduling conflicts or concerns
Requirements
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment
- Background in appointment coordination or service scheduling (preferred)
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently on daily tasks
- Experience with digital scheduling tools or similar software platforms
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills, capable of evaluating situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
