Client Service Specialist- AT&T - Clear Concepts Management

As the Client Service Specialist, your primary role is to engage with potential customers directly at their residences, promoting our client's products or services and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our clients, building relationships and creating a positive brand impression for them in the local area.  

Client Service Specialist Position Responsibilities: 

• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest level
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers and tailor your presentations to address specific customer needs and concerns
• Be able to effectively explain how the products/services meet customers' needs
• Develop a deep understanding of our client's products or services offered in order to drive sales initiatives 
• Submit daily or weekly reports to the sales manager detailing progress and results
• Attend regular Client Service Specialist training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
• Provide accurate and persuasive information to alleviate concerns and encourage a positive response
• Conduct all interactions in a respectful and professional manner, adhering to company ethics and values

• Basic math skills for pricing and calculations

This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
