CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE - FINANCIAL SERVICES
Location: Maitland, Florida (in office)
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Wealth Advisor.

As a Client Service Administrator, you can expect to:
● Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.
● Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items
that require her personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled and completed.
● Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, coordinate the advisor’s calendar, keeping up
to date on the advisor’s priorities, projects, goals, and timelines.
● Develop and implement systems and processes, update and maintain CRM system.
● Be the face of the firm, one of the first people that clients see when they come into the office.
● Correspond and respond to client inquiries, document, and follow up.
● Process investment and insurance service requests, open accounts, place trades and money movements, if licensed.
● Provide support for marketing projects, coordinate client appreciation events, maintain practice marketing materials to compliance standards.
● Produce client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner.
● Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
● Provide planning and research support.
● Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.
● Continually strive to do the right thing the right way.
Qualifications for this opportunity include:
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial industry
● Series 7, Life, Health, and Annuities licenses are preferred but not required
● Must have good understanding of financial planning, investment advisory and insurance businesses
● Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
● Excellent communication and relationship management skills
● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
● Attention to detail
● Positive attitude and enthusiasm
● Confidence and adaptability
● Drive to help clients and co-workers
● Professionalism
● Strong computer skills: experience in creating outstanding documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
experience with eMoney and knowing Canva is a plus
