About the Job
Our client is looking for a Client Services Project Manager (Team Lead) to join their team. In this role you will oversee the brand Studio, providing management and mentorship; as well as serve as the liaison between clients, senior management, and the brand Studio. The Client Services Project Manager manages the process of turning creative ideas into tangible outputs across a variety of media to support the goal of building (and strengthening) relationships with business partners, growing the business, impacting productivity and elevating the quality of work for the client.
This will primarily be a remote position, but applicants must be located on the east coast in order to attend occasional on-site meetings in Connecticut.
- Pharma or regulated industry experience.
- Superior customer service ethic with excellent client relationship skills.
- Solid understanding of the business and value of creative services.
- Ability to present self and work professionally and persuasively to internal clients.
- Ability to analyze trends in workflow on a client and team level.
- Well-established organization, multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Able to proactively present solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Superior problem-solving ability and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Demonstrated poise, grace under pressure, initiative and resourcefulness and the ability to motivate staff through a positive approach.
- In-house agency experience.
- External agency experience desired.

responsibilities:
- Provide managerial supervision and professional guidance.
- Oversee staff development and performance management.
- Oversee team's productivity and workload sharing and adherence to quality control practices and processes.
- Supervise, coordinate and ensure the on-time and orderly flow of all creative/production from job initiation to its final delivery and billing as required.
- Ensure project schedules are followed and budgets are adhered to.
- Determine project assignments and monitor workload of all creative and production team members.
- Lead and contribute to projects in partnership with internal and external designers, writers and marketing specialists - this includes creative brainstorming, project initiation and execution.
- Organize and execute initiatives as requested by the head of creative services.
- Provide Creative Operations support for an assigned brand and be a proactive partner in delivering creative solutions to address the brands critical business challenges.
- Work with the Creative Operations team and other internal business partners to perform creative tasks throughout the creative process on both digital and print assets such as emails, banner ads, micro sites, brochures, newsletters, etc.
- Manage content expertly through Medical Legal Review (MLR) process from submission and performs key agency related tasks for promotional and scientific/ medical content.
