Client Services Specialist - Postal Center International

About the Job
- Track and monitor client account health and provide recommendations for successful client retention.
- Ensure that all performance deliverables are submitted within the assigned scope and on time.
- Responsible for working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure client jobs are completed correctly, promoting a positive client experience.
- Identify client needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Create and maintain comprehensive work documentation via available tools and resources.
- Create and enter client job tickets into CRM(s) and ensure the successful completion of the job through the production process by collaborating with department leaders.
- Prepare and present reports on client job projects as needed.
- Work and collaborate with internal departments to ensure the client job projects are completed, shipped, and delivered on time. This includes working with sales to produce and submit final invoices for all completed projects.
- Provide current and prospective clients with estimates on specific product and service order(s).
- Serve as a liaison to the client in all activities, including reviewing job proofs with client and notifying the client of any alteration changes - driving a concierge service experience.
- Ensure continuous learning and development of company products, services, and workflows by completing assigned training or courses in a timely manner.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are adhered to and met.
- Monitor and track client account health score via Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback and ensure client satisfaction is met.
- Ensure the accuracy of all client invoices is met.
- Ensures a professional, personable, and positive experience is given to all clients.
- Responsible for managing an assigned client “Book of Business” and maintaining assigned revenue.
- Responsible for promoting PCI brand and all our solutions to clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in data entry and typing skills; good knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in project management or process improvement.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task without compromising attention to details.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible with changes and enthusiastic about adapting to new processes and procedures.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a client service role, or a similar client support role.
