Summary:

The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media buying, strategy and measurement to our top Fashion eCommerce advertisers. With proven understanding of direct response media, this role is responsible for partnering with the account team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. The ideal candidate for the Fashion & eCommerce role will have Direct Response advertising experience, and will have a strong grasp of performance marketing elements such as analysis, measurement, and technical integrations.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, Fashion & eCommerce Responsibilities:

1. In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

2. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership

3. Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

4. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

5. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

6. Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation

7. Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators

8. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

9. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

10. Project manage complex work streams

11. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

12. Ability to travel as needed

13. 5+ years Direct Response experience across Web and/or App driven businesses

14. Experience with performance marketing elements such as analysis, measurement, and technical integrations

15. Experience working with direct response and/or eCommerce oriented businesses

16. Expertise in analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights

17. Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases

18. Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives

19. Demonstrated experience presenting ideas

20. Experience as a Meta, user and knowledge of Meta's ad products

21. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)

22. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS

23. Client side experience at an eCommerce company OR platform/agency experience working with direct response clients

24. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field

25. Advanced degree such as MBA or Masters

Public Compensation:

$107,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
