Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Client Success Account Executive. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of large enterprise key accounts and drive client satisfaction, engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their success criteria, sharing best practices, providing solution guidance and helping them realize value from Coastal Payroll products and services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in account management, strong technical leadership and outstanding communication skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy across assigned client portfolio
- Make data-driven decisions to mitigate risk and drive retention
- Serve as a strategic partner, guiding clients to increased product adoption and effectively utilize Coastal Payroll's products and services
- Develop essential relationships with key decision makers
- Perform Account Reviews, including on-site meetings whenever possible
- Serve as point for strategic planning, cross department projects and issue resolution
- Build relationships across internal teams including, HR Elite, Sales, Client Support, Product and Training as a catalyst for continuous improvement and client advocacy
- Meet or exceed retention targets and other quarterly goals
- Other duties and projects as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- An exemplary history of managing large client relationships with a focus on client success
- Ability to develop and manage C-suite relationships
- Experience in Payroll industry required, and HR industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships and providing industry leading client service
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and solve problems with a critical, objective lens
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM) knowledge and experience
- The ability to respectfully challenge and drive meaningful change with clients
- Broad business acumen with a strategic mindset
- A big picture vision and the drive to independently execute to achieve success
