Responsibilities:
 

• Answer phone calls and emails, assisting clients with their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reordering office supplies, sending out invoices, and scheduling classes.
• Assist with accounting duties/invoicing.
• Assist with HR
• Oversee and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with our Client Support Manager and report directly to the CEO.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance, social media engagement, and communication with peers.

Qualifications:

• Dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Bachelors Degree a huge plus!
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in HR.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to assist with light accounting responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
• Respectful of authority and able to work within established guidelines.
• Willingness to pitch in and help with tasks outside your formal job description.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
