Pay Rate: 25.00-27.41 $/Hour

Position Type: Contract
Hybrid
Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior experience in the Financial Industry is highly preferred.
Understanding of client service, process controls, with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Knowledge in IRS Chapter 3 & 4 NRA and FATCA regulations.
Knowledge of withholding and reporting.
Must be familiar with the various types of client account classifications, tax document requirements and associated withholding and reporting requirements.
Proficiency with Excel and relevant computer programs is required.
Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently well within a team environment.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively to meet tight and enforced operational and annual deadlines for the firm.
Attention to detail and quality of work.
Ability to consistently exercise sound and decisive judgment.
Commitment to personal development.
Must be flexible to work late and weekends if needed during the months of Jan to April (tax season).
Responsibilities: Assists Financial Advisors via calls and Case Management tickets that are sent to Tax Ops.
Assist in reviewing year-end processing, mass corrections, IRS Files, and reclasses.
Process daily reconciliation and ad hoc break report reviews.
Assist in creating and reviewing audit procedure documentation
