DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Current cosmetology, barbering, skincare, or nail and instructor license
- 3+ years of licensure and experience in the beauty industry
- Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
- Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
- Strong work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty industry and for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching future professionals
- Excellent organizational, coaching, and communication skills
- Honesty and professionalism
Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred!
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CLINIC CLASSROOM LEADER - ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR?
This is a full-time position. As a Clinic Classroom Leader - Esthetics Instructor, you'll start your day by preparing lesson plans and setting up the classroom for a fun and engaging learning experience. You'll spend your day educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching our Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills. Using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers, you'll create an exciting and supportive learning environment. Your day will be filled with hands-on demonstrations, guiding students through practical applications, and providing helpful feedback. You'll also help foster a positive and motivating atmosphere where every student feels encouraged and inspired.
