Family Medicine Clinician
We invite you to join the multidisciplinary practice of the Division of Family and Community Medicine within the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine in the School of Medicine, University of Utah.
We are seeking a board-certified family physician, physician assistants and nurse practitioner for the position of Family Medicine Provider, Clinical Attending. You will be joining a strong multidisciplinary primary care group and have opportunities for clinical teaching of residents, medical students, and other health science trainees. We practice in a team-based care model, with behavioral health specialists, care managers, clinical pharmacists, quality specialists and others as part of our primary care team.
Clinical resources include:
* Manageable phone call schedule
* Favorable malpractice environment
* On-site Care Team
* Robust administrative support team
* Access to Scribing software
* Exceptional clinic staff support
_Our clinics include 11 sites in 5 counties surrounding the Salt Lake City area._
Qualification
1. Board certification by The American Board of Family Medicine, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants ( NCCPA ) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
2. Unrestricted Utah state medical license.
3. Experience in clinical medicine and teaching preferred.
