About the Job
Executive:
- Manage Staff.
- Manage clinical operations.
- Oversee billing service.
- Recruiting
- Ensure the implementation of the organizations’ policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees meet our policies and standards.
- Talk with prospective parents.
- Make connections in the community with potential referral sources.
Clinical:
- Help the kids you work with live happier, more independent lives.
- Build trusting, positive relationships with kids and parents.
- Serve as guide, role model, and inspiration to behavior technicians.
- Administer assessments.
- Create and modify behavior plans and skill acquisition protocols.
- Collaborate with staff and clinicians from other organizations.
- Oversee data collection and review.
- Develop Quality Assurance protocols and procedures.
- Ensure clinical programming is in compliance with funding source requirements – audit ready.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification – must be current.
- No sanctions or disciplinary actions on license and/or certification.
- Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of ABA principles and applications, and funding as applied in the state of Texas.
- Experience building new clinical models is a plus.
