Required Qualifications:
- An Associate Degree or higher
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license valid in Pennsylvania (PA)
- A current Regular Driver License (DL)
- Certifications/Licenses for American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Minimum of 2 years of Home Health experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Clinical Management experience.
Overview:
We invite you to become a vital part of our extraordinary care team as a Clinical Field Staff Supervisor. In this position, you will oversee our field staff, coordinate between field and office personnel, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. We're keen on candidates with a background as a Registered Nurse in home health care and managerial exposure. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with the potential for remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide field staff while acting as a bridge between field and office employees.
- Directly manage the clinical field staff of the POD, provide clear goals, and create measurable standards for performance monitoring.
- Foster a motivational work environment to drive engagement and recognize outstanding performance among the POD's Clinical Field Staff.
- Conduct continuous monitoring of clinicians using HCHB reports.
- Update clinical records with communication details, hospitalization, conflicts, etc.
- Address and document customer concerns and facilitate their resolution.
- Liaise with sales personnel over customer issues that could impact relationships with referral sources.
- Evaluate client episodes for appropriate discharges versus recertification and initiate orders as necessary.
- Review and manage staff schedules to ensure peak productivity.
Schedule and Shift Details:
A hybrid role offering flexibility with in-field, in-office, and remote work opportunities. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with periodic weekend/on-call shifts and two holidays every year.
