BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC Medicare Certified Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Mecklenburg and Union counties.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visitsin Mecklenburg, Union and other surrounding areas.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN is required.
- 1+ years of Home Health required
- Oasis highly preferred.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
