Join us in this exciting new role as a Clinical Services Operations Associate. This is a great opportunity to work and gain cross-functional knowledge of multiple departments.
In this entry-level position you will provide ongoing support to the Clinical Operations departments including electronic medical record (EMR) support, program development, training aids, and Medicare compliance. This role will assist with tasks associated with EMR system maintenance, reporting, and build support. This position will function both independently and collaboratively with other department members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to Clinical Operations Departments including:
- Compiling and sharing of monthly provider scorecards
- Running and sharing clinical reports
- Conducting daily transaction logs from 3rd party vendors
- Assist with EMR maintenance and build support
- Research new programs on various compliance and regulatory topics
- Scheduling and coordination of projects and workgroup meetings
- Assist with creation of job aids for electronic health records and other departmental topics as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year Associate’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Skilled in completing multiple tasks at once, oral and written communication
- Comfortable navigating Google and other computer systems
- Intermediate-level computer proficiency with spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and patients
- Ability to work independently to meet company goals
- Ability to deal with change and ambiguity
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Demonstrated compatibility with Bluestone’s mission and operating philosophies
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
