Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Full Time Evening

Schedule: Mon-Fri 12p-8p

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy Services, the Clinical Pharmacist will manage rational antibiotic therapy and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage antibiotic therapy for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication regimens.
• Provide drug information and education to staff and patients.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapies as needed.

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
