What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Pharmacy Technician, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:
- Conduct provider and pharmacy calls, supporting various clinical programs and initiatives under general pharmacist’s supervision.
- Support the implementation team in transitioning new clients by conducting claim testing for plan design, reviewing implementation claims and other assigned duties.
- Follow all defined practices, processes, and procedures to always deliver best-in-class concierge experience for clients and members.
- Play a role in ownership of clients and provide clinical review support for the Clinical Account Executive with daily claim reviews.
- Support Client Concierge Services department with ad-hoc projects and perform other related duties
What You Need:
- Certified pharmacy technician with at least two years of pharmacy experience working for a PBM or at least four year in a hospital, specialty pharmacy or retail environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment with the ability to multi-task and work outside the non-clinical environment; responsibilities may vary from day to day
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering concierge-level service
