As a Clinical Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, assessing,
and coordinating the hiring process for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs). Your focus on clinical recruitment will
ensure that our healthcare team is composed of skilled professionals who deliver
exceptional patient care.

As a Clinical Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, assessing,
and coordinating the hiring process for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs). Your focus on clinical recruitment will
ensure that our healthcare team is composed of skilled professionals who deliver
exceptional patient care.
In this role you will
- Utilize your expertise to review and evaluate resumes of RNs, LPNs, and MAs in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring alignment with job requirements and clinical standards.
- Conduct thorough pre screening interviews to assess candidates' clinical competencies, qualifications, and suitability for open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clinical staff to understand staffing needs and provide recommendations for candidate selection.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, documenting interactions, interview outcomes, and feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to clinical recruitment, and incorporate relevant knowledge into recruitment strategies.
- Posting and maintaining job ads.
- Bachelor's degree, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in clinical recruitment, talent acquisition, or healthcare staffing roles or a minimum of 2years of clinical experience
- In-depth understanding of clinical roles and responsibilities, particularly for RNs, LPNs, and MAs.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clinical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interview schedules.
- Experience working in a clinical setting or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of nursing licensure requirements and credentialing processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges in a dynamic healthcare recruitment landscape.
