Clinical Relationship Manager - Maximus Services, LLC

Maximus is currently seeking a Clinical Relationship Manager to support the Illinois SALT program. The Clinical Relationship Manager will be responsible for building relationships with SMHRF operators (facility owners/operators).

Education and Experience Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior level individual contributor or project manager on a wide variety of clinical consulting projects
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative methodologies to improve service levels and overall operational efficiency
• Facilitate team design discussions
• Manage client expectations effectively
• Build relationships in the field with SMHRF operators (owners/operators of the facility)
• Address customer complaints/escalations
• Assist with technical issues via zoom/screen sharing, etc

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Colbert Williams Decree knowledge and experience
• Solution Oriented
• Clinical acumen, seasoned in the field with knowledge of IL facilities
• Advanced technical skills - able to screenshare and diagnosis and fix tech issues
• Public speaking skills
• Position will require approximately 80% travel- 4 days/weekly

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• RN or LSW licensure preferred
• Minimum 10 years direct experience working in behavioral health
• Knowledge of SMHRF and other clinical assessments highly preferred
• Working knowledge and experience related to the Colbert Williams Decree preferred
• Experience using AssessmentPro is preferred
• Must live in Chicago, Illinois

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
