- Lead a team of exceptional individuals, fostering an expectation of excellence.

- Responsible for front line direction of accurate, complete, and timely provision of quality client care and services in compliance with regulatory, operational and financial requirements
- Responsible for assuring that clinical documentation meets accepted standards of care, regulatory, operational, and financial requirements
- Responsible for referral intake and management to ensure that patients receive assessment visits
- Maintains positive staff morale, observable through team spirit, a sense of belonging and recognition of accomplishments
- Some travel to patient's homes/ ride-alongs with clinicians
- All other duties as assigned.

- Current RN license - BSN preferred in good standing and able to practice in current State required
- Two years of home care nursing experience is required
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Home Health regulatory requirements
- One year of hospital nursing preferred
- Knowledge of state cretification/registration highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, administrative and supervisory skills
