SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Clinical Services Manager.

Education/Training: Graduate of a school of nursing with current license(s) to practice as a professional nurse in the State(s) served by SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice. Current CPR certification within three (3) months of employment.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a community health agency normally required. A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in community or public health agency normally required.

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and coordinating professional and supportive services to ensure safe and efficient client care
• Manages agency activities and material resources
• Assures proper implementation of the stipulations of contracts and agreements with client care providers.
• Reviews and assures the accurate and complete documentation of client care activities.
• Receives financial reports and assures compliance with budgets.
• Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
• Cooperates with, participates in and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures and practices, laws and regulatory requirements.
