JPA- Clinical Supervisor
We are looking for a caring and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our school-based therapy team. In this full-time role, you will guide and support a team of 14+ clinicians who provide care to children and families in Chicago Public Schools. You'll also work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure everything follows ethical and agency standards while promoting a trauma-informed, supportive therapy approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide weekly supervision and case consultation for school-based therapists.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards, agency policies, and Medicaid documentation.
Offer on-call support to school-based therapists as needed.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director to meet organizational goals.
Assist with therapist hiring, development, and evaluations.
Champion JPA’s trauma-informed, relationship-based approach, blending professionalism with empathy.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Valid licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT required; LCSW preferred).
3+ years of clinical supervisory experience.
Experience and demonstrated understanding of urban, under-resourced educational environments and the systemic forces that impact them.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a commitment to social justice.
