Bluegrass Orthopaedics is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor in Lexington, KY.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical staff and assist the Director of Clinical Operations with the day to day needs. This position will require leadership skills and focus on ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. This position will require some travel to satellite clinics in Lexington, Georgetown and Morehead.

Bluegrass Orthopaedics has been serving Central and Southeastern Kentucky for over 25 years. We offer a variety of services for all areas of sports medicine, total joint care, industrial medicine and foot, ankle and hand care. We pride ourselves in treating athletes of all ages - from the youth sports athlete, to the weekend warrior, the industrial athlete, to the senior athlete.

Job Relationship

1. Reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.
2. Supervises clinical Team Leads.
3. Exempt position.

  Qualifications

1. Prefer Associates degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or a related field.
2. 1-3 Year's of Management experience, preferable within an outpatient clinic.

5. Performs all other duties as assigned.

  Responsibilities

1. Supervise staff at each location and assist with day to day needs.
2. Assist the Director of Clinical Operations with projects and other duties such as maintaining the clinical schedule and MIPS reporting.
3. Assist with the hiring and training process.
4. Keep our facilities in compliance with OSHA.
