Responsibilities
Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical support area.
+ Develop, implement, and evaluate program services and initiatives.
+ Manage all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
+ Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
Requirements
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
Bachelor's degree preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred.
