Required Skills/Experience

Must have extensive knowledge of family systems, family therapy, and behavioral interventions should have at least five (5) years of clinical practice experience services.

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) or a licensed psychoanalyst.

Ability to work independently, prioritize, think critically, problem solve and self-motivate

Ability to work in a team environment collaborating effectively, efficiently and respectfully

Must possess a positive attitude, be highly articulate and professional

Strong computer and software application skills.

Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the organization in dialogues with other agencies and community meetings.

Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.

Demonstrated knowledge of community service/development.

Strong computer skills and technological experience including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, etc.) Google Suite (Google Classroom, Docs, and Sheets) and similar programs.
