Compensation: $28 - $30/hour
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Clinician (Masters Level):
Join our client in Philadelphia, PA, as a Masters Level Clinician, providing mental health services to children and adolescents. You'll create treatment plans, implement behavioral interventions, and work with professionals to keep children in their natural environment, avoiding higher levels of care.

Responsibilities as the Clinician (Masters Level):
- Mental Health Services: Provide mental health services in the home, school, or community setting to help children/adolescents manage serious mental health issues.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of behavioral interventions and update them as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IBHS team members, including Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), parents, teachers, and other adults in the childs community.
- Progress Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of treatment plans and monitor client progress using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities.
- Group Therapy: Utilize trauma-focused group therapy programs such as Bounce Back or CBITS, providing evidence-based treatment in schools.
- Documentation: Complete required documentation, including progress monitoring forms, and meet productivity billing requirements.
- Education: Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution, or a graduate degree with a clinical or mental health practicum.
- Licensure: Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 1+ year of experience working with Children in Therapy or Counseling required.
- Certification: BCBA or other graduate-level behavior analysis certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or ANSI.
- Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
