The Cloud Solutions Architect plays a critical role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the organization's needs for scalability, security, and reliability. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Developing cloud architecture and roadmaps that align with business goals

Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams

Evaluating and recommending cloud technologies, services, and vendors

Ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations

Optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency

Implementing and managing cloud automation and orchestration

Leading proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions

Participating in technical reviews and audits

Contributing to the continuous improvement of cloud architecture best practices

Providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise

Developing and maintaining documentation related to cloud solutions

Participating in capacity planning and disaster recovery exercises

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or similar role

Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture design principles

Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture

Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance requirements in cloud environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred
