Working hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm with a business casual dress code.
The facility is a very clean machine shop compared to others in the area.

Responsibilities
- Follow a job from initial receipt through the entire manufacturing process.
- Design fixtures for parts and program machines to produce these parts.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed setup and work instructions for machine shop applications.
- Develop models and CNC programs using software such as Mastercam and Solidworks.
- Design and maintain company-developed drawings.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Mastercam and Solidworks.
- Experience in fixture design and CNC programming.
- At least 5 years of experience in Solidworks and Mastercam.
- Associate's degree.
- Thorough knowledge of modern machine shop practices.
- Ability to optimize CNC programs to meet estimated times.
- Strong communication skills and team mentality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience programming machines in a metal fabrication environment.
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and lathe machines.
- Flexibility with other programming software, though training time may be required.
