Salary: $25.80 - $30.70 per hour.
Schedule: 24 hours a week, days/hours flexible (Hybrid schedule opportunity once training is complete)

The Coder/Analyst must have the ability to perform ICD-10 and CPT coding per guidelines using EMR systems and assure documentation is complete for State and Federal requirements, AAAHC guidelines, GPRA, billing, and all other agency requirements.
Duties:
- Provide technical guidance to physicians and other staff in identifying and resolving issues or errors.
- Evaluates medical record documentation and reports ensuring that codes and other documentation.
- Reviews state and federal Medicare visit claims for completeness and accuracy before submission to minimize claim denial.
- Resolves issues or errors such as incomplete or missing records and documentation, ambiguous or nonspecific documentation, and/or codes that do not conform to approved coding principles/guidelines.
- Maintain coding credential.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, as they pertain to position including; HIPAA, sexual harassment, Scope of Practice, Accreditation Standards, OSHA etc.

Required Experience:
Requirements:
- High School graduate or GED certification.
- Coding Certification from AAPC.
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding guidelines.
- Current CDL and proof of vehicle insurance.
