Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent collections process to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding open account balances.
- Post cash receipts and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with sales and legal teams to define credit terms.
- Create credit memos as needed.
- Manage bi-weekly accounts receivable reviews.
- Resolve customer issues internally until completion.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting to reconcile account balances.
- Research to obtain missing information or verify unusual data.
- Support team members on projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
