Collections Specialist at TEKsystems

TEKsystems is actively hiring for a collections representative for a healthcare company in Brooklyn Park! **Remote after training**

Start Date: November 4th (Could be sooner)

Job Description:

• The collections specialist is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from patients regarding their outstanding medical bills.
• Explain to patients their insurance coverage, deductible, copay, etc. - De-escalate patient and address questions and concerns
• Facilitate payment plans or obtain payment in full
• Maintain patient records and documention

The position is commissions eligible after training/when hired on. The average collector makes $1500/month. Commission is based on their individual collections and also the team's collection goal.
