Overview:

The Collibra Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and governance of organizational data. They are responsible for supporting and maintaining Collibra's Data Governance platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data governance requirements and implement solutions in Collibra.

Administer Collibra Data Governance Center, including configuring and maintaining data dictionaries, roles, and workflow designs.

Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes within Collibra.

Support data stewards and business users in understanding and utilizing the Collibra platform effectively.

Create and maintain data lineage, data catalogs, and business glossaries within Collibra.

Design and execute data quality rules and workflows using Collibra.

Assist in data governance maturity assessments and develop roadmaps for continuous improvement.

Participate in data governance tool evaluations, upgrades, and implementations.

Provide training and guidance to end users on Collibra best practices and data governance processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Collibra with other data management tools and systems.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance and data management documentation.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data governance and data management.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Collibra Data Governance Center.

Support data privacy and regulatory compliance initiatives within Collibra.

Participate in data governance community forums and knowledge sharing activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2+ years of experience working with Collibra Data Governance platform.

Strong understanding of data governance principles, data management, and data quality concepts.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.

Experience in configuring and administering Collibra Data Dictionary and Collibra Data Governance Center.

Ability to translate business requirements into Collibra data governance solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different business units.

Proven ability to analyze complex data-related issues and provide innovative solutions.

Relevant Collibra certifications will be a plus.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks is desirable.
