What Will You Do as a Comfort Consultant?
- Represent our brand with integrity, following WCA Group Core Values.
- Build trust and rapport with clients by establishing credibility and demonstrating empathy.
- Present proposals confidently, ensuring clients are well-informed about our products and pricing.
- Close sales that meet the needs of both the client and the company.
- Follow up on sales calls accurately and maintain thorough documentation.
Do I Have What it Takes?
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of in-home sales experience in the residential service industry OR 1 year of business-to-consumer sales experience.A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
