Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
- Assist with negotiations, scopes of work, change orders, submittals and RFIs.
- Help manage construction drawings, specifications and related documents.
- Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Passion for construction and our industry
- Substantial experience in commercial/(K-12) construction $10-$40m
- 3+ years substantial experience in commercial/(K-12) construction
