Commercial Case Manager - Marcum Search

About the Job
Marcum Search is working with our Nassau County legal client looking to fill a Commercial Case Manager (CM) position. This is a new opportunity. The CM will manage all phases of commercial cases for our client from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless project execution while serving as the main contact for the client’s commercial matters and collaborating with the entire team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timelines, communicate with involved parties, and track case statuses.
- Assist with invoicing and payments related to cases and monitor/follow up on payments, invoices, and retainers.
- Assist in recruiting and vetting neutral parties.
- Work with senior management to implement programs and new business opportunities.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate.
- 3+ years of experience in the legal industry or judicial system.
Salary is estimated at $60,000/year.
