Commercial Construction Estimator-Hybrid - Gpac

 General Contractor focused on Light Industrial, Commercial, Renovations and Metal Building construction. Projects range $500K-$4 Million.

Ready to hire Commercial Construction Estimator/PM-Hybrid (Must live in the Pittsburg PA area)- will travel to office 2 time a week on average                                                       

Requirements:

• 4 years minimum estimating experience required with a General Contractor-Commercial Construction

•    Experience in Hard Bid, Conceptual and Negotiated Estimating.  

•    Knowledge of Plan Swift or similar on-screen takeoff system 

•    Knowledge of Expedition or similar software 

•    Knowledge of local subcontract market 

•    BS degree in Construction or Engineering preferable but not required
