TempExperts is hiring for a Commercial Construction Estimator-for a General Contractor- This is a Direct Hire Opportunity in Tampa, FL.

This is a full-time schedule, on-site position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ verifiable experience collaborating with a General Contractor. 
 
Essential Job Functions:

• Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients.
• Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings.
• Participate in budget reviews.
• Review construction drawings.
• Assist with project design and cost control.
• Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years verifiable experience collaborating with a General Contractor.
