• Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to fully understand project scope and specifications.
  • Identify resource requirements and efficiently allocate personnel and materials to meet project demands.
• Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Create and oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on budget variances.
  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, change orders, and project invoices.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality services and cost efficiency.
• Project Execution and Quality Control:
  • Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Track project progress and performance against key metrics, including timeline, cost, and quality.
  • Uphold quality control standards, proactively addressing and resolving issues to ensure project success.
• Risk Management and Safety Compliance:
  • Identify and evaluate potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and promptly address hazards.
• Team Leadership and Communication:
  • Lead and coordinate with project team members, including site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to communicate project updates and status reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, P6).
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• PMP, CM-Lean, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

• The role requires working in both office and construction site environments.
• Travel to project sites may be necessary.
• Extended hours may be required during critical phases of the project.
